The original founders left in 2022. I know some people who were involved in the project but left due to it being a startup and treating all people as replaceable, no questions asked.
The project kind of feels superfluous nowadays though, it always seemed like an Amazon Echo you can hack on while not having the weight of Amazon behind it.
