This is the very definition of sexism, and should be illegal.

If we're going to do this, let's at least start off by doing it for sensible reasons, such as "I'd like to not sit next to overweight people".

Why? Well, clearly space.

Is having separate restrooms for men and women also sexism?

Things like this always make me wonder. Same thing for saunas that are usually one or two days per week girls only.

Who is a woman in this context? Can I wear girly clothes and be a woman? I can't hide at the sauna but if I "feel woman"? And how is that not going to annoy other woman?

In a world where everyone can be whoever they are things like this seem totally out of place

Body odor, loud snoring, talkativity, offensive political decals on clothing, meal choice, flatulence: plenty of reasons to avoid sitting next to...

...me...
