I still own a working N9 and think it's a shame that the Linux-based mobile phones by Nokia were killed by the hostile Microsoft takeover. Some of the old OS still lives on at Sailfish running on Sony Xperia phones, but it doesn't feel the same as a tightly integrated solution.
