If/when this happens for real, I promise you they aren’t going to publish it in an academic paper. This would be the textbook definition of extremely classified state secret.

Why did they name the paper “Quantum Annealing Public Key Cryptographic Attack Algorithm Based on D-Wave Advantage” when in fact they only did 50 bits and RSA uses like 2048 bits, which is infinitely more difficult? Is there any public key that only uses 50 bits?
