On the one hand, great for them for many reasons. On the other, that looks like a lot of plastic packaging.

yes, many such greenhouses, are highly dependant on plastic films and polymer tech.

No like the final product that's on the shelf. Assuming I'm seeing that picture right. It's just lettuce. Where it's grown shouldn't dictate how it's sold.
