Hey HN! I’m a software engineer who likes to play sports and lift. During COVID, I picked up a bad habit of laying around all day — and when things opened up again in 2022, I got injured. A lot.

Over the past two years, I’ve been in the gym trying to rehab, get stronger, look better, build flexibility and mobility, work on cardio, and do sport-specific training (basketball, football, etc). But I couldn’t find a single app that let me plan, organize, and track all of these goals in a unified way.

And honestly… most physiotherapists didn’t help much either — either gimmicks or vague advice like “just lift weights.”

So I started treating myself through YouTube and organizing everything in Apple Notes. That worked for a bit — I even built a system — but it wasn’t sustainable. So I did what any developer would do: I built a web app.

It’s called Superphysio, and I use it literally every day now. Even if nobody else does, it’s already made a huge difference for me — but I know other people will find value in it too. This is just the MVP (launched 2 days ago), and I have tons of features planned.

Would love if you checked it out and shared any feedback. Thanks!
