Growth is not China's principal target anymore. The previous contradictions that explained this objective have changed and now people would prefer for excessive wealth to be tamed and culture to be developed. They have still impressive manufacturing objectives however, but some that prefer quality over quantity in a way. That's also why peeps remain confident about the future and their socialist leadership.
