This seems the biggest problem with alternative meats -- cost. I stopped buying Beyond because it was just too expensive.

I don't understand Beyond's market strategy if they disincentivize displacing the product they replace. I would have thought their best strategy is to come in cheaper than meat, make it really easy or unavoidable to switch.

I think this company's product is great: 'real' fats, no animal cruelty. I love it. I just hope they make products that can actually be practically purchased.
