I'm submitting an application to the Foresight Institute – AI for Science program and need to list a reference contact (not a recommendation letter).

The reference’s role is minimal: Foresight usually contacts the reference only if their input is important for the final decision. If they reach out (typically in January), it is only to confirm two things:

1. that they have seen or read my work,

2. that I appear to be a serious and competent researcher.

No endorsement of the scientific content is required, and no obligations are involved.

My work concerns the ICT Model (Information–Consciousness–Temporality) — a formal framework connecting informational dynamics, temporal structure, consciousness and multi-level physical systems.

A full preprint (with equations and testable criteria) is here: https://www.academia.edu/s/8924eff666

Main publication (open access): DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17584783

I'm looking for someone with a background in physics, math, CS, neuroscience, or related fields who is willing to serve as a neutral reference contact.

If you're open to it, please reply here or contact me.
