I built this interactive report to visualize a trend I'm seeing on the ground: the 'Barbell Economy.' Companies are freezing junior hiring (-13% YoY) while paying premiums for senior 'Orchestrators.'
I used React/Tailwind to map out the saturation of benchmarks (MMLU/SWE-bench) and project three economic scenarios for 2026.
