Have had a number of projects that I'm working on in the past years which all has the same problem. Users have issues, and its a guesing game. So I developed this really simple app which provides all the information that is generally required, with a nifty little feature of also taking and attaching a screenshot..Obvi it's not perfect, but's it's suitable for my needs. [-] Inspo is/was supportdetails.com which seems to have died a death. Obvi there are various alternatives but I want to try create something myself for my own purposes
