"Very niche question for my audio pals: I know there are tools to check if a WAV has ever gone through an MP3 conversion. Is there a way to check if an MP3 has been transcoded from another MP3?"

I got curious, and, well, made a thing for them. I figured I might as well package it up nicely and see what others thought.
