I’ve been hired by a company, and the code quality is atrocious (no tests, no docs, outdated runtimes and libraries BY YEARs). Hundreds of projects suffering bugs that I’m assigned to fix without any idea about them.I need some positive experiences to know that this is not normal. Or if it is, how can you navigate it? Do you just ignore the status and do cowboy-coding? You first try to add tests? You leverage LLMs for this?
