I built a small, free tool that estimates how long a speech will take based on text length and speaking speed (WPM).
You can paste your script or enter a word count, adjust the speaking pace, and instantly see an estimated duration. I originally made it for preparing presentations and talks where timing matters, but it also works well for narrations, lectures, or video scripts.
The site is intentionally lightweight (no signup, no tracking beyond basic analytics) and works entirely in the browser.
