Not GitHub but practically everything here in east NL was unreachable. Ping times seem to normalize now. (Was >200ms now ~75ms over 5g hotspot).

The website https://allestoringen.nl/ (dutch) shows increased graphs on user perceived failures of popular services.

I am experiencing problems with API requests.

The status page has been updated to:

"Investigating - We are investigating reports of impacted performance for some GitHub services. Jan 22, 2026 - 14:12 UTC"

Status is yellow now, actions hang for me. Same like more or less any Thursday.

Anonymous access clone that is. Are you accessing a private repo? I do not have a way to test that as I nuked my accounts long ago.

Yes, we're getting errors in the checkout action, and I haven't been able to git fetch for 5-10m.
