I realized my iPad and phone were destroying my situational awareness with constant notifications. I wanted the data (overhead air traffic, recovery scores) without the dopamine loop.

This is part 1 of how I applied aviation psychology to build a passive 'Cognitive Cockpit' on my desk.

OP here. Happy to answer questions about the TRMNL hardware or the Cloudflare Workers setup. The hardest part was definitely the collision logic for the aircraft labels on a 1-bit screen.
