[-] Is that surprising ? The merger doesn't make any sense at all. Everybody knows it's a bailout and Musk's empire is running out of money - it's almost the last attempt to save it. He still has 2 more jokers left - SpaceX IPO or merge SpaceX with Tesla. But the writing is already on the wall.
