President Donald Trump is suing his own administration for $10 billion over the leak of his income tax data. No other sitting U.S. president has sued the federal government, with control over both sides of the lawsuit. As chief executive, Trump could order the treasury secretary, the IRS commissioner and the attorney general to settle the case — or fire them if they don’t.
