I built this because I kept hitting the same wall with architecture diagrams. Everything lives on one flat canvas and turns into spaghetti once you're past a dozen services.

Layerd lets you create diagrams in separate layers (Infrastructure, Backend, Frontend, Data, etc.), wire between them with annotations, and view them individually or stacked in 3D.

The goal is diagrams you'd actually put in an RFC or onboarding doc, not just whiteboard sketches.

It's free, early stage, and I'm building it based on feedback. Would appreciate honest input on what's missing, what's broken, or whether the layered approach matches how you actually think about your systems.
