Claude Code stores all your session data in ~/.claude/ but there's no built-in way to visualize it. Claud-ometer is a local-first dashboard that reads those files and gives you full visibility into your usage — costs per project, token breakdowns by model, session replays, activity heatmaps, and more.No cloud, no telemetry. It's a Next.js app that runs on localhost and parses the JSONL files directly.
