Solving email problems for startups and SaaS

Email is still the backbone of user communication — onboarding, activation, billing, and retention all rely on it.

Yet, most startups and SaaS teams still struggle with it.

Not because they don’t send enough emails — but because they don’t fix the problems that make emails underperform: Poor deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC nightmares) Low open and click-through rate

Disconnected automation across tools

No real segmentation or behavioral logic

Lack of clear reporting on what’s driving conversions

I’ve been working on a framework to help early-stage startups and SaaS founders: 1. Audit: Identify where your email funnel is leaking users.

2. Optimize: Improve deliverability, copy, and automation flows.

3. Automate: Use the right stack (Postmark, Resend, HubSpot, ConvertKit, etc.) to tie it all together.

4. Measure: Track lifetime value per email sequence — not just vanity metrics.

The result: better engagement, predictable revenue from email, and fewer hours wasted trying to debug why “email 4 in the drip campaign never sends.”

If you’re building or scaling a SaaS/startup and struggling with email — what’s your biggest challenge right now? Deliverability? Automation logic? Engagement?

I’d love to hear what’s breaking in your current setup — I’m collecting real-world pain points to improve my system.
