If you’re building multi-agent AI systems, you know the pain: you tweak one agent’s prompt, forget what the old one said, lose track of which version produced good results, and can’t remember why you restructured the pipeline last week. PromptVault is a lightweight desktop app I built where you visually map your agent pipeline as a graph, version prompts per agent, and log outputs - all locally, no cloud required. Think of it as a dev journal with structure. I am doing it all just for fun so if somebody is interested u will be happy to share.
