pocket-ingest fixes it for me. iOS Shortcut records a voice memo, transcribes it, saves a .txt to iCloud. Claude Code picks it up automatically next time I open a session. No servers, no apps, no API keys. Five minute setup.

Right now it's one-way: phone to computer. I think there's something more interesting in a two-way communication.

Built the simplest version first to see if anyone else is interested in this!
