We have multiple methods. Users can choose to manually copy over the files - chats and media. They can use the companion app to find the folder paths, and share via wireless sharing apps. Or easiest one is via adb pull - giving usb debugging access, the Mac app pulls the necessary data - chats and the media files and create your archive.
