A lot of the country-level sites I checked don't seems to support user logins so have no need for passkeys.

For example, The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change at https://www.ipcc.ch/ .

I thought the most humorous was for Sweden, where haxx.se and curl.se are 4th and 5th on the list. https://whynopasskeys.com/country/se . Neither with web-based logins, as far as I can tell.
