based on daily information about another round of layoffs I am curios if employee engagement and employee recognition promgrams, employee recognition apps like Kudos, Bonsuly, Flaree, are still present? Is it important in your workplace?

reply▲HR doesn't care, leaders somewhat care. But to me, this would be important if it directly led to a pay rise or a promotion, and it doesn't.
